Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Gram Flour 1 cup


  • Curd 1 cup


  • Water 2 cups


  • Salt 1 spoon


  • Red Chilly powder 1 spoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 spoon


  • Coriander powder 1 spoon


  • Curry Leaves 5-6


  • Green Chillies 5-6


  • Hing 1 spoon


  • Oil 1 spoon


  • Mustard Seeds 1 spoon


  • Onions 1 cup

Directions

  • In a bowl take gram flour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, curd and make batter of it.
  • Heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, onions and saute them well.
  • Now add batter, red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, water and cook it till it gets thick.
  • Serve it with bhakri or rice.
